Manage Organization Settings

Important

You must have the Organization Owner role for an organization to configure the organization settings described in this section.

An Atlas Organization Owner can require that all Atlas users within their organization enable MFA for their Atlas accounts.

Note

You must enable MFA on your own Atlas account before you can enable this setting for your organization. For instructions on enabling MFA on your Atlas account, see Manage Your Multi-Factor Authentication Options.

  1. If it is not already displayed, select your desired organization from the Organizations menu in the navigation bar.
  2. Click the Organization Settings icon next to the Organizations menu.

You can configure Atlas to require API access lists at the organization level. When enabled, all API calls within that organization must originate from an entry on each respective Atlas Administration API key access list.

You connect to an organization in Atlas when you live migrate your deployment from Cloud Manager or Ops Manager to Atlas.

You can configure Atlas for integrations.

  1. If it is not already displayed, select your desired organization from the Organizations menu in the navigation bar.
  2. Click Integrations in the sidebar.

  1. Type your workspace name into the field.
  2. Click Continue.
  3. Select your authentication method.
  4. Click Authorize.

You can authorize only one Slack Workspace for each Organization.

  1. If it is not already displayed, select your desired organization from the Organizations menu in the navigation bar.
  2. Click Integrations in the sidebar.

This does not stop Atlas from sending alerts. To stop Atlas from sending alerts to Slack, you must delete the Slack alert setting.
